Cancellation/Refund Policy
By enrolling in the 8-Week Payment Plan for The1Haircoach Academy, you agree to the following
terms and conditions:
Commitment to Payment

This is a RocketLawyer.com document.

The full payment of $2150 is required. If applicable the weekly payment option is divided into 8
weekly installments of $243.75 and a one-time down payment of $200. If applicable the Early
Bird option is a one time payment of $1720 between the early bird timeframes only.
Payments are automatically processed on the agreed-upon schedule.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your enrollment only by submitting a written request to info@the1haircoach.com.
Cancellation requests must be received at least 5 days before the start of the course or the next
payment is due if applicable.
Approved cancellations are subject to review.
Refund Policy
No full refunds after the course enrollment cut off date. Partial refunds may be approved after
course enrollment cut off date, subject to review. No refunds after the third week of the course.

Non-Payment Policy
If a payment is missed, access to course materials, live sessions, and support will be temporarily
suspended.
Full access will be reinstated once the overdue payment is resolved.
No Cancellations After 3 Weeks
Due to the comprehensive nature of the course and materials provided, no refunds or cancellations
will be issued after the third week of the course.
Early Termination Fee
If you choose to withdraw early, an administrative fee of $50 may apply.

By enrolling in the course, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.
